Insurance Policy

Dental Insurance is different from Medical Insurance. Please review the insurance benefit booklet you received from your insurance provider to better understand the benefits that are available as part of your dental insurance coverage. Royal Dental Boston is a non-contracted (out-of-network, non-participating) provider for all dental insurance benefit plans. If you have a PPO dental insurance plan, we will complete and submit your insurance claim forms and file any necessary supplementary material on your behalf as a courtesy to help maximize any benefits available to you from your insurance provider. Your insurance company will directly reimburse you according to the provisions of your dental insurance policy. Payment for services to be rendered by Royal Dental Boston are due in full at the time of service.You will be responsible for all financial obligations incurred during treatment in our office, as we do not accept payment directly from insurance companies. Detailed questions about your individual needs and insurance coverage should be discussed with our office staff and your insurance provider.

(Note: Please inform us if you change your address and remember to institute mail forwarding. Reimbursement checks from your insurance provider will be mailed to the last address we have on record and check cancellation fees may apply for re-issued checks).

Financial Policy

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer an affordable in-office dental plan and financing through CareCredit®.

In-Office Dental Plan

Office Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients and respect their schedule as well. In fairness to other patients, and the office staff, we require 24 hour advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time and prepare in anticipation of serving you. If you should need to reschedule, we kindly request that you contact us with advanced notice. We understand that conflicts arise; however failing your appointment or canceling without adequate notice more than once may result in a $150 charge.
