Insurance Policy
At Royal Dental Boston, we aim to make your dental experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Since dental insurance works differently from medical insurance, we recommend reviewing your benefits booklet to gain a clear understanding of your plan's coverage.
We are happy to work with most PPO dental insurance providers. We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of MA Dental Blue Indemnity plans. For other PPO dental plans, we will gladly handle the submission of your insurance claim forms and any necessary documents, ensuring that you receive the highest possible reimbursement. While payment is due at the time of service, your insurance company will reimburse you directly in accordance with your plan’s guidelines.

For your convenience, we accept payments made with cash, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also offer an affordable in-office dental plan and financing through CareCredit®.

Office Cancellation Policy
Our goal is to provide high quality care to our patients and respect their schedule as well. In fairness to other patients, and the office staff, we require 24 hour advance notice when changing or cancelling an appointment.
When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time and prepare in anticipation of serving you. If you should need to reschedule, we kindly request that you contact us with advanced notice. We understand that conflicts arise; however failing your appointment or canceling without adequate notice more than once may result in a $150 charge.
